They are in need of a body embedded computer and a brain-installed hard disk.

It may be ridiculous to know that people who supposed to look after privacy and identity protection had been so careless, check: "FTC Laptops Stolen, 110 People at Risk of ID Theft".

We may need to build a computer that embedded in bodies and hard disk installed in the brain to avoid such cases. Remember that a guy had done so for mobile equipment put into his fingers. That is a good idea. Smaller notebook would not help because that will be easier to lose or slip away in any movement.

Of course, we might have lost a mobile, a notebook etc. either stolen or lost due to carelessness. But that was before when personal data had not been used by criminals. Nowadays, we have to take care of such things because we read news about stolen data almost every week for these years.

May be it is because the data is nothing about oneself, so it is not needed to take extra care.

We may need a law to guard against holding other's personal data which is digital asset today.
